sachavonkarl74 Melodic French death metal band from Lyon, with new line-up, a drummer babe and a lead singer with great vocals, she's not quite Taty from Jinjer, but if you check out "Nameless Echoes" (also on YouTube) you will see for yorself. Very atmospheric and melodic, with awesome tempo changes and creative song writing. Reminiscent of my Swiss fellow bands Rage of Light and Kassogtha, both in my BC collection. Bravo les Lyonnais !!! Favorite track: Nameless Echoes.

bmurator French Melodic Death Metal. This is extremely well done & the near perfect production further enhances this. FFO Insomnium & Enshine & Be'lakor & all the other MDM greats out there... :) Highly recommended!!!

Funeral Fog Saw this awhile back & thought, Well how is this gonna sound with a butterfly on the cover? Then it starts with an amazing melodic death metal opening & the growls just roar like a damn lion!

about

A dreamful, energetic and emotional voyage made tangible through melodic death metal and driven by a personal musical and lyrical concept.

The French wayfarers named AESMAH started as a two-piece in 2009 and turned their vision into a real group in 2010. Ever since, they created a style that is highly influenced by Scandinavian bands like Dark Tranquillity, In Flames or Katatonia but spiced with slightly progressive bits and pieces. Their two EPs “Hegemony” (2009) and “Imeria” (2012) caught the attention of several fanzines and received continuously positive reviews.

Now, it’s time for the quartet to unveil their first full-length album: “Walking Off The Horizon”. The haunting melodies of the ten songs are accentuated by an enthralling atmosphere and pushed by feisty growls and mysterious whispers.
